护理干预在中医治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍中的应用

Effect of nursing intervention on patients with diabetic erectile dysfunction treated by traditional Chinese Medicine

目的观察护理干预在中医治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍(DED)中的应用。方法将100例DED患者随机分为2组,均在控制血糖的基础上,予加味补阳还五汤治疗。护理组50例接受个性化护理干预措施,对照组50例接受常规护理。观察2组护理前后阴茎动脉(阴茎背动脉、左侧和右侧海绵体动脉)收缩期峰值流速(PSV)变化,比较2组勃起功能疗效及性生活质量评分变化。结果 2组护理后阴茎动脉PSV均较本组护理前升高(P<0.05)。2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组勃起功能疗效相当。护理组护理后3、6个月性生活质量评分均高于对照组护理后同期(P<0.05)。结论在中医治疗DED的同时辅以个性化护理干预措施,对提升患者治疗后的性生活质量效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with diabetic e- rectile dysfunction treated by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 100 patients with diabetic erectile dysfunction were divided into 2 groups by randomly number method and each for 50, and treated by common controlling blood sug- ar treatment and Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Patients in observation group were given individual nursing inter- vention and other in control group was given common nursing care. The penile hemodynamics, erectile function and quality of sex life of 2 groups were compared. Results The PSV of each penile arteries of 2 groups after treatment were improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and PSV in observation group were higher than that in control group, but there was no sig- nificant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）, the total efficiency were 86.0% and 80.0% （ P 〈 0.05 ）, all the quality of sex lite were improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the SLQQ of observation group were higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing inter- vention can improve the effect of DED treatment by TCM, and also has a better effect in improvement of quality of sex life and deserve to clinical.
