摘要
采用因子分析方法对20种精纺毛织物的12个与透气性密切相关的结构参数进行优化提取,结果表明:12个结构参数可以综合成4个因子变量,分别代表着织物结构特征中的紧密程度、厚重、经纬交织结构相、纱线规格等4个方面。以因子得分及透气性为变量,对20种精纺毛织物进行了系统聚类。结果表明:聚类水平控制在λ≤5较为合适,在该水平下,精纺毛织物的透气性可以划分为4个区间,每个区间内的织物具有相似性。
Twelve structure parameters of 20 kinds of worsted fabric closely related to air permeability were extracted to optimize by using the method of factor analysis, the results showed that: 12 structural parameters could be integrated into the 4 factor variables, representing the close degree, thick and weight, interwoven structure state of warp and weft, yarn specification of fabric's structure characteristics. Based on the factor scores and air permeability, system clustering was applied to the 20 kinds of worsted fabric. The results showed that : the cluster level should be controlled in the range of less than 5, under this level, air permeability of worsted fabric could be divided into four intervals, in each section, fabrics showed similarity.
