不同花生品种芽期抗旱性筛选及其田间验证 被引量:5

Drought Resistance Screening of Different Peanut Varieties at Germination Stage and Its Field Validation

摘要 利用17.5%PEG 6000溶液人工模拟土壤干旱条件,对77个花生品种进行萌芽期抗旱鉴定,结果显示,彩花生、花育23、E12、冀油98、中花8号、阜花11、粤油200抗旱性强,海花1号、花育31、金花1012、汕油2号抗旱性弱。将筛选出的花生品种种植在田间砂池中验证,收获期调查结果为:抗旱品种与不抗旱品种相比主茎较高,饱果数多。初步验证,利用芽期干旱胁迫对花生品种进行抗旱性筛选具有一定可靠性。 The drought resistance of 77 peanut varieties were identified at germination stage under artifi- cial simulation of soil drought with 17.5% PEG 6000. The results showed that Caihuasheng, Huayu 23, E12, Jiyou 98, Zhonghua 8, Fuhua 11 and Yueyou 200 had strong drought resistance, while Haihua 1, Huayu 31, Jinhua 1012 and Shanyou 2 owned weak drought tolerance. Screened peanut varieties were grown in field to verify the drought resistance. The investigation in harvest period found that compared with weak drought- re- sistant peanut varieties, those with strong drought resistance had higher main stem and more full pods. Prelim- inary validation indicated that screening of peanut drought resistance at germination stage was reliable.
