摘要 以高产大花生品种花育25号为材料,处理(包括喷水量、放置时间)后进行机械剥壳,分析相应处理的机械脱壳效果和种子活力差异。结果表明:与对照(不喷水)相比,喷水后有6个处理的脱壳比率高于对照;喷水有助于减少籽仁破损、提高种子发芽率;喷水量相同、处理时间适当延长有助于减少籽仁破损、提高种子发芽率;机械脱壳种子放置一段时间有助于提高发芽率。通过比较,每500 g荚果喷水100 m L、放置12~24 h进行机械脱壳,其脱壳比率、籽仁无破损个数和发芽率均表现较优。 With high - yielding big peanut variety Huayu 25 as material, the effect of mechanical shell- ing and the difference of seed activity were analyzed after treated ( including spraying water and storage time). The results showed that compared with the control, the peanut shelling rate of 6 treatment groups were higher; spraying water was helpful to reduce the seed damage and increase the seed germination rate, and also the treatments with the same water quantity and properly delayed treating time; storing the shelled seeds for some days was helpful to increase the germination rate. The shelling rate, complete number and germination rate of peanut seeds were better,when every 500 -g pods were sprayed 100 mL of water and stored for 12~24 hours.
