摘要 随着国家加大对教育信息化的投入力度,中小学信息化教学设备普及率不断提升,信息技术应用能力已经成为教师迫切需要掌握的技能。该文首先简单解读了国家《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》,结合作者在基层电教部门的工作经历,总结该市中小学信息技术现状;然后解剖中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训考核案例,详细阐述信息技术应用能力培养的七种模式的实践过程;最后通过对考核结果的分析,反思培养模式的效果及存在的问题,并据此制定出下一步有针对性的教师培养措施。 With the increase of the education informatization input, penetration rate rising information-based teaching equipment in primary and middle schools, information technology application ability has become an urgent need for teachers. The paper first simply Interpreted the national "teacher's ability of applying information technology in primary and secondary schools standard (Trial)". Combining with the author's experience in the local audio-visual department, summarized the information technology condition of primary and middle school in the city, then dissected the training assessment case of teacher's ability of applying information technology in primary and secondary schools in the city, analysed training information technology application ability seven pattern practice, finally through the analysis of the results of the appraisal, reflected training mode effect and the existing problems, and made the next training measures.
