水电工程技术标准走出去需求方导向成长性演化探讨 被引量:1

摘要 水电工程技术标准商业生态系统具有阶段性成长规律,系统的成长性演化是由生态系统的内在动力决定的。在国际水电工程EPC项目中,需求方对水电标准的选择形成需求导向。需求方导向的EPC模式,走出去的水电标准生态系统具有后发协同的可行性,后发协同的脆弱性主要由需求方效用的负效用引起,需求方导向的后发协同表现为静态平衡稳定性和动态运动稳定性,技术交流和工程实践为形成静态稳定和动态成长提供平台,生态系统中外方成员的效用满足是协同稳定的重要力量。水电标准走出去工程案例证明了后发协同的可行性和走出去的水电标准生态系统的成长性演化。 The business ecosystem of hydropower engineering technical standards have periodic growth law, the growth evolution of the system is depended on the internal motivation. In the international hydropower engineering EPC program, the demand-oriented has formed by the selection of the demand side. The demand-oriented EPC model has the fesibility of lagging synergetic, the vulnerability of lagging synergetic is mainly caused by the disutility of demand side utility, the lagging synergetic of demand side utility shows the static equilibrium stability and dynamic kinetic stability, technical exchange and engineering practice have provided the static steady and dynamic development, the utility satisfaction of external members in the ecosystem is the vital force of synergetic stable. The examples of those going global of hydropower engineering technical have demonstrated the feasibility of lagging synergetic as well as the growth evolution of going global hydropower technical standard ecosystem.
