摘要 针对水电站贴边钢岔管设计繁琐、工作量大、有限元计算前处理耗时长的缺点,利用CATIA二次开发工具Visual Basic 6.0编写了计算机辅助设计程序。该程序集成了CATIA中快速建模、网格自动剖分和管节展开三大模块,并能生成包含节点、单元、材料等有限元分析前处理信息的ANSYS程序APDL命令流,实现了与有限元软件的无缝对接。结合一工程实例采用该辅助设计程序开展了贴边岔管的设计,并与其他方法进行了对比,验证了设计程序的可靠性和稳定性。结果表明该程序具有设计速度快、精度较高等优点,具有较高的实用价值。 The computer aided design software for hem reinforced branch pipe based on the secondary development of CATIA is developed by using Visual Basic 6.0, so as to avoid the heavy design work and Long pre - processing of finite element analysis. 3 major modules of quick 3D model generation, mesh generation and tabulation unfoldment are integrated, which can generate the order flow including the pre - processing information of node, element and material for finite element analysis and realize the no - slot joint of CATIA to ANSYS. By taking a practical case study, the design of hem reinforced branch pipe is carried out by using this software and the results are compared with those of the classical algorithm to test and verify the reliability and stability. The comparison shows that the software has high design efficiency and accuracy, and can be widely used in the design of hem rein- forced branch pipe.
