摘要
为研究南水北调中线工程总干渠突发事故应急调度时,输水明渠节制闸预警水位的设定对渠道节制闸水位壅高、渠段退水量等参数指标的影响,建立一维应急调度数值模型,选取典型渠段作为算例,对各影响因素进行了计算分析。结果表明,渠道节制闸前预警水位越接近加大水位,渠道退水量越小,闸前最大水位壅高也更趋缓和。因此,为提高应急调度的安全经济性,应选取更接近加大水位的水位值作为闸前预警水位。研究成果可为中线工程应急预案的制定提供理论支撑。
In order to study the impact of the alarm level determination of dispatch sluices on the flow parameters of the canal, such as backwater level and water drainage volume under the case of emergency dispatch in the main canal of Middle Route Pro- ject of South -to -North Water Diversion, the influential factors were calculated and analyzed for typical canal section by one - dimensional emergency dispatch numerical model. The result showed that the backwater level in front of the sluice is less rising and the water drainage is smaller if the alarm level is closer to the enlarged level. The value closer to enlarged level should be se- lected as the alarm level, so as to improve the safety and economy of emergency dispatch.
