摘要
应用激光扫描共聚焦显微术显示,由FLUTAX直接荧光标记的土壤腹毛类纤毛虫澳洲管膜虫(Cyrtohymena australis)细胞纤毛器微管中,口围带基部由小膜托架、小膜基部的微管束和托架间的连接微管构成,波动膜基部含微管骨架网,口围带后端与波动膜后端汇合处含口底托架;额、腹、横棘毛基部由前纵微管束、后纵微管束和横微管束构成,其横棘毛基部的前纵微管束显著发达,后纵微管束也明显可见;左缘棘毛基部含发达的前纵微管束和后纵微管束,但横微管束不明显;右缘棘毛基部含发达或较发达的横微管束和前纵微管束,但未见后纵微管束。分析表明,澳洲管膜虫纤毛器基部微管的分化特征具有种的特殊性,其中左、右缘棘毛基部微管的组成及发达程度不同在其他纤毛虫中未见报道。结合已有资料推测,游仆虫类、尾柱虫类和尖毛虫类纤毛虫中基部微管的发达程度和建构特征的不同与类群间系统演化关系有关。
The ciliature microtubules in the cell cortex of Cyrtohymena australis were visualized by direct fluorescent labeling of FLUTAX and laser scanning confocal microscopy. The membranelle brackets and its connected microtubules as well as the base-associated microtubules formed the microtubular cytoskeleton of the adoral zone membranelles( AZM). The base-associated microtubules of the undulating membranelles( UM) contained microtubular cytoskeletal net. The confluence of AZM and UM contained the oral-end bracket. The base-associated microtubules of the frontal-ventral-transverse cirri( FVTC) contained anterior longitudinal microtubules( ALM),posterior longitudinal microtubules( PLM) and transverse microtubules( TM),and TC had developed ALM and visible PLM. The base-associated microtubules of the left marginal cirri( LMC) contained ALM and PLM,the base-associated microtubules of the right marginal cirri( RMC) contained TM and ALM. The results showed the distribution pattern of base microtubules of C. australis had its species specificity,such as the components and different levels of the development of the L / RMC. According to available data,it can be supposed that differences of development levels and characteristics of construction of base microtubules in the Euplotids,Urostylids and Oxytrichids are related to their phylogenetic relationships.
