摘要
【目的】比较不同螟虫抗性甘蔗种质中营养物质含量差异,初步揭示营养物质对甘蔗抗螟虫性的生理生化机制,为甘蔗抗螟虫种质筛选提供理论依据。【方法】选取抗螟虫种质云蔗03-258、粤甘26,易感螟虫种质柳城03-1137、德蔗03-83、粤甘35和感、抗虫性居中的新台糖22号(ROC22)进行室内栽培,测定苗期各种质材料的抗坏血酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量。【结果】抗螟虫种质的各项营养物质含量均低于易感螟虫种质和抗性中等种质,云蔗03-258、粤甘26、新台糖22号、柳城03-1137、粤甘35和德蔗03-83的抗坏血酸含量分别为41.12、29.10、42.23、76.37、73.55和42.74mg/g,可溶性糖含量分别为33.73、36.05、37.16、38.00、43.22和45.12 mg/g,可溶性蛋白含量分别为58.32、64.13、64.26、68.52、73.11和75.30 mg/g。【结论】抗螟虫种质各项营养物质含量均低于易感种质,甘蔗种质的抗螟虫性与其营养物质含量呈负相关。
[ Objective ]Nutrient content in sugarcane varieties with different borer resistance was compared to pre- liminarily reveal the mechanism of borer resistance influenced by nutrients in sugarcane and provide references for screening borer-resistant sugarcane varieties. [ Method ] Resistant species (YZ03-258, YG26), susceptible species (LC03- 1137, DZ03-83, YG35) and moderate ROC22 were planted in greenhouse to measure ascorbic acid, soluble sugar and soluble protein in seedling stage. [ Result ]Nutrient content in resistant species was lower than that in susceptible and moderate species. Ascorbic acid content in YZ03-258, YG26, ROC22, LC03-1137, YG35, DZ03-83 was 41.12, 29.10, 42.23, 76.37, 73.55 and 42.74 mg/g, respectively. Soluble sugar content was 33.73, 36.05, 37.16, 38.00, 43.22 and 45.12 mg/g, respectively. Soluble protein content was 58.32, 64.13, 64.26, 68.52, 73.11 and 75.30 mg/g, respectively. [ Conclusion ] All the nutrient contents of resistant species are lower than those of the susceptible species. Nutrient content has negative correlation with the resistance of sugarcane to borer.
