萘系减水剂对陶粒增强水泥基自保温砌块性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以水泥为胶凝材料,掺入陶粒和外加剂,制备出高性能的陶粒增强水泥基自保温砌块。研究了不同掺量的减水剂对砌块的压缩强度、吸水率、泡孔结构和水化产物的影响,并探讨了萘系减水剂在水泥浆体中的作用机制。研究结果表明:当w(减水剂)=0.8%(相对于水泥质量而言)时,该砌块的压缩强度(29.5 k Pa)相对最大、吸水率(34.64%)相对最小;与未掺加减水剂砌块相比,掺加0.8%减水剂的砌块,其断面孔径小且分布均匀,相应的水化产物以C—S—H凝胶为主。 A ceramic reinforced cement based self thermal insulation block with high properties was prepared by adding ceramic and additive into cement cementing material. The influences of different superplasticizer contents on comperssive strength, water absorption, cell structure and hydration products of block were investigated. The action mechanism of naphthalene superplasticizer was discussed in cement paste. The research resuhs showed that the block had the relatively maximal compressive strength (29.5 kPa)and the relatively minimum water absorption (34.64%) when mass fraction of superplasticizer was 0.8% in cemment. Compared with block without superplasticizer, the block section with 0.8% superplasticizer had the small aperture with unitform distribution, and the C--S--H gel in corresponding hydration products was main.
