摘要
以聚氧化丙烯二醇(N-210)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(A-1110)为主要原料,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,合成了含硅PU(聚氨酯)胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当反应温度为70~80℃、反应时间为4 h、R=n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)=(2.02~2.08)∶1.00、w(催化剂)=0.03%~0.05%(相对于胶粘剂质量而言)以及预聚体中w(—NCO)=2.5%时,合成的PU胶粘剂具有较好的力学性能(拉伸强度为3.23 MPa、断裂伸长率为387%)和粘接性能(剪切强度为3.11 MPa)。
With poly ( propylene oxide diol ) ( N- 210), toluene diisocyanate ( TDI ) and aminopropyl trimethoxy silane (A-1110) as main raw materials, dibutyltin dilaurate (DBTDL) as catalyst, a PU (polyurethane) adhesive with silicon was synthetized. The research results showed that the synthetized PU adhesive had the relatively better mechanical properties (tensile strength at 3.23 MPa, elongation at break at 387% ) and bonding properties (shear strength at 3.11 MPa) when reaction temperature was 70-80 ℃, reaction time was 4 h, R value or molar ratio of n(--NCO) :n(--OH) was (2.02-2.08): 1.00, mass fraction of catalyst was 0.03%-0.05% in adhesive, and --NCO content in prepolymer was 2.5%.
