氨甲环酸在全膝关节置换术中作用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)是针对中老年患者重度膝关节疾病的有效治疗手段,能显著改善患者膝部疼痛、活动障碍、屈曲挛缩及内外翻畸形,恢复机械轴线,重建基本功能。但TKA手术创伤大导致失血较多的血液流变异常仍是TKA面临的一大难题。近几年来,氨甲环酸由于低廉的使用价格、简单的给药途径、超高的止血效价,被广泛应用于临床。
