摘要
药物成瘾是一种以强迫性觅药、用药行为为特征并伴有身心健康、社会功能受损的疾病。药物成瘾治疗最棘手的原因在于即使长时间戒断后仍出现高复吸率。因此,药物成瘾成为严重危害社会的健康问题,而探索预防及治疗药物成瘾的策略成为研究热点。药物成瘾的治疗主要包括药物治疗、行为治疗。本文主要就近年来药物成瘾的药物治疗的靶点及代表性药物进行总结,并简略介绍行为治疗如下。
