湿消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定尿中锰

摘要 目的建立尿中锰的湿消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定方法。方法湿消解,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。结果简化前处理方法,检出限为0.007μg/ml,标准曲线相关系数为0.999 4,相对标准偏差为1.89%~2.41%,平均回收率为93.9%~98.7%。结论该法灵敏度高,准确度、精密度良好,是高效、快速、实用的测定尿中锰的方法。 Objective To establish the method of wet digestion- flame atom absorption spectrometry method for determining the content of manganese in human urine. Methods The content of unary manganese was determined with wet digestion- flame atom absorption spectrometry. Results The detection limit was 0. 007 μg / ml,the correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0. 999 4,the relative standard deviation ranged in 1. 89%- 2. 41% and the average recovery rate was 93. 9%- 98. 7%. Conclusion This method is of high sensitivity,accuracy and precision and thus is a high efficient,quick and practical approach to determine the content of manganese in urine.
