摘要
目的探讨1例系统性红斑狼疮合并中毒性大疱表皮坏死松解症患儿的护理方法,为今后临床工作提供参考。方法四川大学华西第二医院儿科收治了1例系统性红斑狼疮合并中毒性大疱表皮坏死松解症的患儿,该患儿发生全身皮肤75%的剥脱。回顾分析该患儿的临床资料,总结护理要点。结果通过用1∶9的艾力克进行皮肤护理,并用百多邦外涂皮肤糜烂处,托百士及潇莱威滴眼以保护眼结膜,调节室温及湿度来减少不显性失水等措施,配合严格的消毒隔离制度,预防感染,并给予患儿心理护理及营养支持,患儿最终好转出院。结论该护理方法可行、有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the nursing method of a child patient with systemic lupus erythematosus combined with toxic bleb epidermis necrolysis and provide references for further clinical work. Methods A child case with systemic lupus erythematosus combined with toxic bleb epidermis necrolysis was treated in department of pediatrics in West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University. There was 75% area of the body skin exhibited desquamation. The clinical data was retrospective analyzed and the key points in nursing were summarized. Results A concentration of 1： 9 povidone- iodine solution was used in skin care and Bactroban was used for exterior coating on the skin erosion. Tobramycin and Celluvisc were used to protect the eye conjunctiva,and invisible dehydration was reduced by adjusting the temperature and humidity. Besides,strict disinfection and isolation was implemented to prevent infection. Mental nursing and nutrition support was given to the child case. With aforementioned measures,the child case discharged with improvement.Conclusion This nursing method is applicable,effective and worthy of popularization and application.
