摘要
云南某含泥钛铁砂矿含Ti O26.49%,大部分Ti O2赋存于钛铁矿、钛磁铁矿及辉石等多种矿物中,工艺矿物学性质复杂,属于难选钛铁砂矿。试验采用"原矿预先脱泥-弱磁除铁-强磁富集-摇床精选-中矿再磨的联合工艺流程",获得Ti O2品位46.50%,回收率49.85%的钛精矿,为后续加工创造了条件。
One Yunnan argillifemus ilmenite sands contain TiO2 26. 49%, most of TiO2 deposits in ilmenite, titanic magnetite, pyroxene and the other minerals, the process mineralogy properties are complicated, which belongs to the refractory ilmenite sand. The joint process flow are adopted, which are "pre-desliming of raw ore-low magnetic iron removal-high magnetic enrichment-table concentrator con- centrate-middling's regrinding", so we can get TiO2 with 46. 50% grade, and the recovery rate of titanium concentrate is 49.85%, which create the conditions for the subsequent processing.
