摘要 分别研究了浮选法和焙烧法回收利用铝电解炭渣。采用传统浮选工艺对铝电解炭渣中的炭和电解质进行分选,所得炭产品和电解质产品的品质较低,不能直接返回铝电解槽使用;焙烧法所得焙烧残渣中,电解质纯度高于99%,电解质回收率平均值可达96.62%,可以直接返回电解槽使用;二者比较,焙烧法更具优势,而浮选法适用于炭渣的大规模工业化处理,产品为可直接回用的冰晶石。 The Recycling of aluminum electrolysis carbon residues is studied separately by flotation and roasting method. The carbon and electrolyte in the aluminum electrolysis carbon residues is selected by traditional flotation process, the quality of the produced car- bon products and electrolyte products is low, which cannot be returned to aluminum electrolytic cell; in the roasting residues by roasting method, the purity of electrolyte can reach to 99%, the average recovery rate of electrolyte can reach to 96.62%, which can directly return back to the electrolytic cell; Comparing with the two methods, the roasting method have an advantage over flotation method, and the flotation method is more appropriate for the large scale processing industrialization of carbon residues, which product is the cryolite that can be recy- cled directly.
