摘要 富氧顶吹炼铅炉对各种成分复杂的铅物料具有较强的适应性,投产至今,已成功处理多种铅精矿和二次渣物料,并实现产业化。通过对富氧顶吹炼铅炉处理复杂铅物料的生产实践进行分析总结,凸显富氧顶吹炼铅工艺对原料适应性强,经济、环保及社会效益较高的特点,在资源紧缺、环保为重的背景下,该工艺将发挥巨大作用,具有良好的借鉴意义。 The oxygen enrichment top - blown lead smelting furnace has the stronger compatibility for all kinds of lead material with complex composition, which has been successfully processed various lead concentrate and the secondary slag materials since the furnace put into operation, and the industrialization is accomplished. The strong compatibility, high economy, environmental protection and social benefit of oxygen enrichment top-blown lead smelting process is highlighted by the analysis and summarization of the production practice that the complex lead material treatment of oxygen enrichment top-blown lead smelting furnace. This process will be of enormous significance in the future under the background of resource shortage, and environmental protection begins to take precedence, which has the good reference significance.
