摘要
综述了目前制备锆粉的主要方法。介绍了熔盐电解、直接电脱氧、氢化脱氢制备锆粉的特点、基本原理及研究现状。系统介绍氢化脱氢及高能球磨法的优缺点,针对高品质、低成本锆粉的研究方向作了展望。
The main preparation method of zirconium powder is summtmzed. The features, the basic principles and the research current situation of molten salt electrolysis, direct electro - deoxidization, HDH zirconium powder preparation are introduced. The advanta- ges and disadvantages of HDH and high energy ball mill are introduced systematically, which prospect the research direction of zirconium powder with high quality and low costs.
