摘要
通过光学显微镜鉴定、扫描电镜(能谱)及微区X射线衍射分析技术的联合应用,对某铍矿物存在形式进行研究,结果表明,通过镜下鉴定、扫描电镜图像观察、能谱仪分析找出疑似铍矿物,并进行标记,之后通过微区X射线衍射对标记点进行分析,可以最终确定铍矿物种类。镜下观察、微区X射线衍射与扫描电镜(能谱)分析结合检测微量矿物的方法,具有微区、微量、原位和无损等优点,能够对在100μm尺寸以上矿物进行准确的物相鉴定。
The existing form of one beryllium mineral is studied through the combined application of optical microscope identifi- cation, scanning electron microscope (energy spectrum) and microcell X-ray diffraction analysis technique, the study results show, the sus- pected beryllium mineral shall be found through microscopic identification, the observation of scanning electron microscope images and ESEM - EDX, when the beryllium mineral is found and marked, the marked point shall be analyzed by microcell X-ray diffraction to finally con- firmed the types of beryllium mineral. The combined detection method for micro minerals by microscopic observation, microcell X-ray dif- fraction and scanning electron microscope (energy spectrum) analysis has the following advantages: micrecell, micro scale, root position, lossless, and so on, which can do the accurate phase identification for the ores that the size the over than 100μm.
