摘要 分析烟化炉水套损坏的机理,即冷热料交替入炉、熔池剧烈运动、重金属等对水套寿命的影响,并对其进行深入研究,从而研发出一种新型水套。开展了大量生产试验并应用于实际生产中,使水套整体性能得到了改善,作业率提高,为推广应用烟化炉烟化挥发法处理锌浸出渣工艺技术创造了良好条件。 The water jacket failure of fuming furnace is Caused by alternating hot and cold material into the furnace, the furnace hearth is operated hardly, and the influence of heavy metals to the water jacket is studied deeply, so that a new type water jacket is devel- oped. After a lot of production tests and appling the test results to the actual production, the whole performance of water jacket has improved , the operating rate is increased, which created the good conditions for widespread use of fuming volatilization method of fuming furnace that used for treatment of zinc leaching residues technology.
