摘要
宁蒗县是云南重点林区县之一,森林覆盖率达68.7%。丰富的森林资源,不仅是宁蒗县各族人民赖以生存的物质基础,也是实现经济社会跨越式发展的根本保证,生态文明是宁蒗县社会发展的必然选择。要推进绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展,就必须转变生产方式。文章从转变生产方式、生活方式、消费方式三方面着重阐述推进宁蒗生态文明建设的措施,为"绿色宁蒗"建设提供参考。
Ninglang County, Yunnan is one of the key forestry county, the forest coverage rate reaches 68.7%. Rich forest resources is not only the material basis for the survival of the people of all ethnic groups in Ninglang County, but also the fundamental guarantee to achieve leapfrog development of economy and society. Ecological civilization is the inevitable choice of social development in Ninglang county. To promote green development, development recycle, low carbon development, we must change the mode of production. Three aspects of the transformation of the mode of production, life style and consumption pattern focuses on promoting the construction measures of ecological civilization in Ninglang, providing a reference for the construction of ＂green Ninglang＂.
