摘要
以盆栽碱蓬幼苗为试验材料,试验设土壤含盐量0(CK)、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%、3.5%和4.0%计9个处理,研究了不同浓度Na Cl胁迫对碱蓬幼苗生长和生理生化指标的影响,旨为探明碱蓬的耐盐程度,可为利用碱蓬对盐碱地土壤进行改良和生态修复奠定基础。结果表明:随着Na Cl浓度的增大,碱蓬幼苗的地上部和地下部生长指标总体呈下降趋势,其中Na Cl浓度为2.0%时各项生长指标与CK差异均达到显著水平;叶片叶绿素含量呈逐渐下降趋势,细胞膜透性(相对电导率)和丙二醛(MDA)含量呈逐渐增大趋势,可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈先升高后降低趋势,其中,Na Cl浓度≤1.0%时叶片叶绿素含量与CK差异不显著,Na Cl浓度为0.5%时叶片相对电导率与CK差异不显著,Na Cl浓度为1.0%时叶片可溶性蛋白含量和POD活性达到最高,Na Cl浓度为1.5%时叶片CAT活性达到最高。碱篷耐盐性较强,土壤含盐量≤1.0%时对碱篷幼苗生长及生理生化特性影响不明显,碱篷可以在土壤含盐量≤1.0%的区域种植。
For the purpose of proven salt tolerance degree of Suaeda glauca, and lay a foundation for the improvement and ecological restoration of the saline alkali soil with Suaeda glauca, using Suaeda glauca Bge seedlings as material,the growth and physiological indexes of Suaeda glauca Bge seedlings were studied under different soil salt contents( 0,0. 5%,1. 0%,1. 5%,2. 0%,2. 5%,3. 0%,3. 5% and 4. 0%). The results showed that with the increasing of salt stress,plant height, root length, fresh weight, dry weight and chlorophyll content were all decreasing. Relative membrane permeability and the content of MDA were increasing.Soluble protein,CAT and POD activity were firstly increasing and then decreasing. When Na Cl concentration was1. 0%,soluble protein,and POD activity were the highest. When Na Cl concentration was 1. 5%,CAT activity was the highest. Therefore believes that Suaeda glauca Bge has stronger salt resistance, when the Na Cl concentration is below 1. 0% does not substantially affect the growth of seedlings canopy base,canopy base can be less than 1. 0% of the area planted in Na Cl concentration.
