大功率电力电子装置开关桥臂的实时仿真 被引量:1

摘要 在车辆电子开关控制优化设计的研究中,装甲车辆大功率电力电子装置高频电磁特性复杂、电磁兼容性差,采用现有的以理想开关器件为基础,不考虑开关管开关特性的电力电子装置的可信度不高。针对上述问题,采用分段插值法和查表法构建开关管器件级功能模型,反映器件动态开关过程,并依托FPGA的高速并行运算结构实现器件级功能模型的实时仿真。实验结果表明,上述实时仿真模型可信度高、真实性好。研究结果可为设计研制大功率电力电子装置提供技术支撑。 The electromagnetic characteristics of armored vehicle power electronic device is complex and the elec- tromagnetic compatibility is poor when working at high - frequency. Without considering the switching characteristics of power electronic device, the credibility of the existing simulation with the ideal switch devices is not high. In view of the above problem, this paper used the piecewise interpolation method and look - up table method to construct the switch device function model, which reflects the dynamic switching process. And based on the high speed parallel operation structure of FPGA, we completed the real - time simulation of device level function model. The experimen- tal results show that the real - time simulation model is of high reliability and good reality. The research results can provide technical support for the design and development of high power electronic equipment.
