摘要
在复杂多变的外界载荷作用下,风电机组齿轮的寿命难以准确预估是导致风电机组失效的一个重要因素。风电机组齿轮疲劳寿命准确预测对降低故障率有重要的意义。采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术来估计风电机组齿轮的疲劳寿命。通过刚柔耦合模型建立和疲劳分析得到风电机组齿轮疲劳寿命的分布情况和最危险点的寿命值,并与风电机组齿轮理论计算年限作比较,验证了改进方法的可行性,对风电机组的齿轮箱的设计和优化具有指导作用。
For the complex load working condition, it is difficult to accurately forecast the fatigue life of wind tur- bine gear, which is an important factor to cause failing, so the prediction of fatigue life for wind turbine gear is signifi- cant to reduce the failure rate. In this paper, the fatigue life of the Wind turbine gear was estimated by computer - ai- ded engineering (CAE) technology. By the rigid flexible coupling models arid the fatigue analysis, the fatigue life distribution of wind turbine gears and the fatigue life values of the most dangerous points can be obtained, the feasi- bility of this method was verified by comparing with the theoretical calculation. The methods and conclusions in this paper can help engineers to optimize the design of wind turbine gearboxes.
