摘要 在以农产品分类信息为数据对象的研究中,针对当前常规结点链接树在显示大规模层次结构时存在的局限性,提出了一种基于双曲树和目录树协同的可视化方法。上述方法首先将农产品分类信息布局在双曲空间内,通过庞来卡投影将其映射到欧几里得平面,形成双曲树,通过动态转移法实现双曲树内焦点结点与上下文结点的切换;将双曲树与目录树两个视图布局在同一平面,实现了当结点收缩展开时两个视图的联动。上述方法既可以展示农产品分类信息的完整层次结构又可以通过交互来突出显示所关注的结点信息,可帮助食品安全领域的专家快速有效地分析农产品分类信息,也可应用于其它领域的大规模层次数据可视化。 To address the limitation issue on displaying large - scale hierarchical data by using conventional node - link tree, this paper proposes a collaborative visualization method for agricultural products classification information based on hyperbolic tree and directory tree. The method firstly arranges agricultural products classification information into hyperbolic space, and then mappes it to the Euclidean plane through Poincare Mapping, forms a hyperbolic tree, finally achieves a switch between focus node and context node by dynamic transfer method. Putting hyperbolic tree and directory tree in the same plane achieves the linking between two views when nodes shrink and expand. The method not only can show the complete hierarchy of agricultural products classification information, but also can high- light concerning node information through interaction.
