摘要
简介了轨道交通系统中自动扶梯的节能潜能,分析了自动扶梯系统中实时客流量的影响因素,研究了基于实时客流量对自动扶梯进行变频控制的技术方案,给出了客流量在高峰时段和非高峰时段自动扶梯运行的节能控制方案以及方案可行性的数学计算,编写相应的程序,对扶梯额定速度运行和变频控制运行耗电进行仿真。仿真结果表明,采用基于实时客流量的变频控制扶梯运行具有明显的节能效果。最后对控制方案及其节能效果进行了比较分析,表述了三种节能控制方案在客流量不同情况下应用的优越性。
This paper introduced the energy saving potential of escalator in the metro transit system and analyzed the influence factors of the real- time passenger flow in escalator system. This technical scheme based on the real - time control of the escalator passenger flow was studied. The control scheme of the energy saving was designed basing on passenger flow during peak hours and off- peak hours. Given mathematical model for the scheme practicability and designed the corresponding program. The simulation results of the power consumption under both rated speed and frequency conversion control show that the technical scheme based on the real time passenger flow has energy - saving effect. Lastly, three kinds of control schemes and their energy - saving effects were compared and analyzed and the superiority of application in different passenger flow was expressed.
