The Initial Rainwater Pollution Control Planning Ideas on Haicang District of Xiamen City

晋江市金井镇系全国重点镇、省级小城镇综合改革建设试点、＂镇级小城市＂培育试点,发展优势明显。2014年实现规模以上工业产值159.34亿元,固定资产投资28.2亿元,两税入库7.5亿元,农民人均纯收入1.7万元。金井镇把握晋南辅城区中心的发展定位、科学规划编制,凸显特色功能、确立了北部以福建省装备制造业基地为核心的产业集中区、中西部以滨海新城连片示范区为核心的城镇生活区、东部以国家体育产业基地为核心的旅游度假区、南部以港口物流为核心的围头港区的四大主题功能区。

In this paper, current status of governance based on the initial rainwater in Haicang District of Xiamen City, combining with advanced projects at home and abroad have been implemented or are design experience to do some and summarized, according to the collection and processing of initial rainwater ra- tionalization proposals put forward the thinking and planning, to ensure that the planning area established water ecological environment, harmony.
