福州朱紫坊历史文化街区公共空间特征与改造策略

The characteristic of public space and the transformation strategy in Fu Zhou Zhuzi lane historical and cultural blocks

随着经济的飞速发展,福州老城区也在翻天复地的变化,福州历史文化街区改造与更新工作也在不停的进展。除了三坊七巷历史文化街区,还有朱紫坊历史文化街区,两个历史文化街区占据了市中心经济商圈的重要地段,然而历史不能被遗忘,历史街区的价值应该在城市的发展中不断被唤醒。本文的探讨对象就是朱紫坊历史文化街区,以她独具特色的公共空间特征作为核心内容进行一系列讨论,并在最后试谈其改造的策略,以期给朱紫坊街区改造实践工作提供一点理论依据。

With the rapid development of economy,The old city proper of Fuzhou is also in the change in Fantian complex,transformation and renovation work in Fuzhou historical and cultural blocks is always working. Except Three lanes and seven alleys of historical and cultural blocks,Zhuzi lane also occupies an important area of downtown economic values,nevertheless history never been forgotten. The value of historical and cultural blocks must be waked up by city＇s developing. Zhuzi lane is the object of this paper discusses,and a series of discussions as the core content of public space characteristics,and try to talk about the transformation strategy for it,In order to provide a theoretical basis for the transformation work of Zhuzi lane block.
