Optimization Design of Foundation for the Building in Shanghai

摘要 该建筑为带一层地下室,高度近40米的多层办公楼,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。针对该建筑所在地的地质情况,结合上部结构体系,分别采用桩加防水板和大筏板这两种基础形式,文中分析了结构在两种基础形式下的受力机理及工程造价。结果表明,在保证结构整体安全的情况下,采用筏板基础的工程造价要省得多。在多高层结构的基础设计中,该工程实例值得借鉴。 This is a multi-storey office building with one level underground,the total height is almost 40 meters,and the structure type is reinforced concrete frame structure. Based on the geological condition of the area where this building is located,and taking the structure system above the ground into consideration,we choose the following two forms for foundation design respectively: pile foundation equipped with waterproof board,large raft foundation. In this paper,analysis of mechanical mechanism and construction cost under the above two kinds of foundation type is given. The results show that,on the premise of the integral safety of structures is ensured,construction cost of the building adopting large raft foundation is much lower. In the foundation design for multi-storey buildings,this case is worth learning.
