摘要
小产权房最早可以追溯到1990年代初,小产权房问题是在我国国情下出现的特定问题,是有其深层次、多方面的原因的。我国实行二元土地制度,土地增值所带来的利益问题是小产权房问题的本质,随着城乡一体化进程的加快,城市边缘区小产权房的管理机制研究也被提上日程。
The house with limited property can be traced back to the early 1990's. The appearance of it has specific problems in our country and it has deep-seated reasons. Because our country implements the urban-rural dual land system,so the benefits that brought about by value-added of lands is the essence of the problem of the house with limited property. Along with the accelerated process of urban-rural integration,study on the management mechanism of city fringe area of the house with limited property has been put on the agenda.
