抗氧化剂对高温季节种公猪精液品质和血液生化指标的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了比较微生物抗氧化剂和复合抗氧化剂对高温季节种公猪精液品质和血液生化指标的影响,24头健康种公猪随机分为对照组、微生物抗氧化处理组和复合抗氧化剂处理组(每组8个重复)。于实验第0、28、56和84天,测定精液和血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)的含量,并于实验第84天测定精液中精子质量和血清中促卵泡激素(FSH)和睾酮含量。结果显示,微生物抗氧化剂和复合抗氧化剂在一定程度上均能有效提高高温季节种公猪精度中SOD、GSH-Px和CAT的活性(P<0.05),降低MDA和NO的含量(P<0.05)。与对照组和微生物抗氧化剂处理组相比,复合抗氧化剂能有效提高种公猪精子密度和血清中FSH的浓度(P<0.05),精子存活时间延长至5.25d。但2种抗氧化剂对种公猪精子量、精子活力、精子生存能力以及顶体完整性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。不同处理对睾酮含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。因此,由多种抗氧化剂组成的复合抗氧化剂能有效缓减夏季种公猪热应激,提高精子质量。 To investigate the influence of a microbial antioxidants and an antioxidant blend on semen quality and serum biochemical measurements of boars in hot season.A total of 24 healthy boars were randomly divided into 3groups(control,microbial antioxidant,and antioxidant blend,8repeat for each group).Activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and catalase(CAT),and the concentrations of malondialdehyde(MDA)and NO in serum and seminal plasma were measured on the experimental period of 0,28,56 and 84d.Sperm quality and activities of the follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and testosterone in serum were measured on d 84 for all treatments.Results showed that compared with the control group,activities of SOD,GSH-Px,and CAT increased(P〈0.05),and the concentration ofMDA and NO decreased(P〈0.05)in plasma in the microbial antioxidant group and the antioxidant blend group during the experimental period.The sperm concentration was increased in the antioxidant blend group compared with the other two groups(P〈0.05).The antioxidant blend can also increase the concentration of FSH(P〈0.05)in serum,and extend the sperm survival time to 5.25 days.However,these two kinds of antioxidants had no obvious effects on the semen volume,sperm motility,viability,acrosome integrity,and testosterone contents.In conclusion,a combination of a variety of different antioxidants is more useful for the heat stress regulation in summer to increase the semen quality.
