不同蛋白源饲料中添加α-酮戊二酸对松浦镜鲤肌肉成分、血清氨基酸和生化指标的影响 被引量:17

摘要 试验旨在研究不同蛋白源饲料中添加α-酮戊二酸(α-ketoglutarate,AKG)对松浦镜鲤肌肉成分、血清氨基酸生化指标的影响。试验饲料分为豆粕蛋白源、鱼粉与豆粕复合蛋白源两种,在不同蛋白源饲料中添加不同浓度AKG(0和1.5%)。选取400尾初始体重为(217.93±0.78)g的松浦镜鲤,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复20尾鱼,试验为期10周。结果表明,饲料中添加AKG显著降低松浦镜鲤肌肉中水分和粗脂肪含量,显著增加粗蛋白质含量(P<0.05)。豆粕蛋白源显著降低肌肉粗蛋白质和粗灰分含量(P<0.05)。蛋白源和AKG对肌肉粗灰分具有显著交互作用(P<0.05),对其他成分无显著影响(P>0.05);饲料中添加AKG显著提高血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性,显著降低尿酸(UA)和甘油三酯(TG)含量(P<0.05)。复合蛋白源显著增加白蛋白(ALB)含量(P<0.05),显著降低尿素氮(BUN)含量(P<0.05)。蛋白源和AKG对ALB和UA含量具有显著交互作用(P<0.05),其他指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲料中添加AKG显著提高血清氨基酸总量(TAA)、必需氨基酸(EAA)、半必需氨基酸(HEAA)和非必需氨基酸(NEAA)含量(P<0.05)。试验结果说明,饲料中添加AKG能够提高松浦镜鲤肌肉中粗蛋白质含量,促进松浦镜鲤对饲料蛋白的吸收利用,提高鱼体蛋白质代谢水平。 This experiment was aimed to study effects of α-ketoglutarate supplementation in different protein sources of diets on muscle composition and serum biochemical indices of Songpu mirror carp.There were two protein sources(soybean meal protein source, fish meal, and soybean meal compound protein source)and two AKG levels(0 and 1.5%, respectively). A total of 400 Songpu mirror carp with an average initial body weight of(217.93±0.78) g were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates per group and 20 fish per replicate. The experiment lasted for 10 weeks. The results showed as follows: AKG significantly decreased moisture and crude fat content, and significantly increased the crude protein content in Songpu mirror carp muscle(P0.05). Soybean meal protein source significantly reduced the content of crude protein and crude ash(P0.05). The protein source and the concentration of AKG interaction had a significant influence on muscle crude ash(P0.05), and other ingredients had no significant effect(P0.05).AKG significantly improved the alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspertate aminotransferase(AST)activity, and significantly reduced the content of uric acid(UA) and triglyceride(TG)(P0.05). Compound protein source significantly increased albumin(ALB) levels(P0.05), and significantly reduced the content of urea nitrogen(BUN)(P0.05). The protein Source and the concentration of AKG interaction had a significant influence on ALB and UA content(P0.05), other indices had no significant effects(P0.05). AKG significantly improved the content of serum TAA, EAA, HEAA and NEAA(P0.05). It is concluded that diets with AKG can increase the protein deposition in muscles composition, it can also improve the absorption and utilization of diets protein, and improve the body protein metabolism.
