摘要
高同型半胱氨酸血症是一种常见的代谢障碍疾病,与心血管疾病、阿尔兹海默症和2型糖尿病并发症等疾病密切关系.近年来对Hcy与相关疾病关系和其预防和治疗的研究成为新的研究热点,就Hcy的致病机理、与相关疾病关系及其预防与治疗做一综述.
Hyperhomocysteinemia （Hhcy） is a common metabolic disease, closely related to cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer＇s disease, type 2 diabetes complications and other diseases. In recent years,research on the relationship between Hhcy and related diseases and their prevention and treatment has become a new hotspot. This article summarizes the pathogenesis of Hcy, the relationship with related diseases and prevention and treatment of Hhcy.
