D-二聚体和抗凝血酶联合检测在弥散性血管内凝血诊断上的价值

The Value of D-dimer and Antithrombin Joint Detection in Diagnosing Diffuse Intravascular Coagulation

目的探讨D二聚体(D-D)与抗凝血酶(AT)活性检测在弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)中的诊断价值。方法随机抽取我院正常体检病人80例作为对照组,疑似DIC的产科病人26例作为实验组A、ICU病人共36例作为实验组B,分别检测各组患者D-D、AT活性。结果同正常对照组比较,实验组A、B患者DD水平均明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);AT活性明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 D-D,AT可作为DIC诊断的分子指标,联合检测有利于DIC的准确诊断,有利于DIC的及时治疗。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of D-dimer（ D-D） and antithrombin（ AT） testing in diffuse intravascular coagulation（ DIC） diagnosis. Methods 80 cases of health examination patients were chosen as control group,and 26 obstetric patients of DIC suspected as experimental group A,36 ICU patients as experimental group B. D-D and AT were detected. Results Compared with control group,D-D of experimental group A and B were significantly increased; and AT decreased,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion D-D and AT can be used as moleculer markers for the diagnosis of DIC,combined detection may benefit for the accurate diagnosis and thus providing conditions for timely rescue of DIC.
