卡孕栓联合缩宫素预防妊娠合并子宫瘢痕阴道分娩产后出血的临床分析

Carboprost Suppositories Joint Oxytocin Preventing Pregnancy with Uterine scar Vaginal Delivery Clinical Analysis of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的研究卡孕栓联合缩宫素预防妊娠合并子宫瘢痕阴道分娩产后出血的疗效。方法选取2011年1月~2013年12月在南方医科大学附属东莞市石龙人民医院妊娠合并子宫瘢痕成功阴道分娩产妇100例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,两组产妇在分娩中胎头娩出时均静脉使用20 U缩宫素进行预防,观察组产妇在胎儿娩出后联合肛门塞卡孕栓进行预防,产后比较两组产妇的第三产程、产后2 h时出血量以及产后出血的发生率。结果观察组第三产程的平均时间短于对照组,产后2 h出血量小于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论卡孕栓联合缩宫素有利于缩短第三产程、减少妊娠合并子宫瘢痕阴道分娩产后出血量,降低产后出血发生率。

Objective To study the Carboprost suppositories joint Oxytocin preventing pregnancy with uterine scar vaginal delivery of postpartum hemorrhage curative effect. Methods January 2011-December2013 in southern medical university affiliated people＇s hospital of dongguan shilong uterine scar pregnancy of vaginal delivery in 100 cases of pregnant women,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,two groups of women in childbirth fetal head themselves are intravenous use20 u oxytocin on prevention,observation group joint Carboprost suppositories after the maternal fetal childbirth,maternal postpartum compared two groups 2 hours of postpartum haemorrhage amount,and the third labor,and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage. Results observation group third labor the average time is shorter than the control group,2 hours of postpartum haemorrhage amount is less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05） 。Conclusion Carboprost suppositories combination Oxytocin known as conducive to shorten the third labor,reduce postpartum haemorrhage amount pregnancy with uterine scar vaginal delivery,reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.
