摘要
采用层次分析法和定性定量分析法,从生态环境效益、湿地环境质量、社会效益以及其他方面建立城市湿地公园综合评价体系,再以贵州市花溪城市湿地公园为例,做出定量评价,结合专家评分和问卷调查对评分结果进行验证。结果表明:案例分析中得到的"优良"的结论基本符合大众的对花溪城市湿地公园现状的评价;花溪城市湿地公园的总体设计完全符合生态性原则、系统性原则、统一性原则、特殊性原则、可操作性原则以及可持续原则,其建设和使用完全达到(或部分超过)了设计目的,为大众所接受。
Quantitative assessment on Guizhou Huaxi Urban Wetland Park City was verified on the score by using the analytic hierarchy process and qualitative and quantitative analysis from the environmental benefits,wetland environmental quality,social and other aspects of the establishment of urban wetland evaluation system,for example,combining with expert rating sand survey results. The results show that"good"grade in conclusion is obtained according with the public's evaluation on Huaxi Urban Wetland Park,in which it would rely on the overall design of ecological principles,systematic principles,unity principle,the principle of specialty operability principles and the principles of sustainability.
