摘要
高铁声屏障受列车脉动力的频繁作用和影响,可能导致声屏障立柱底部螺母的松动,从而威胁到高速列车的行车安全。在高铁线路的高架桥上,由于桥面未预留检修通道,较难实现声屏障的人工检测和螺栓紧固。本项技术中的声屏障立柱螺栓力矩检测与紧固装置能很好地检测、记录每个螺栓的紧固状态,对已松动的螺栓可进行准确定位并加以紧固,保证声屏障的正常状态,可以作为高铁声屏障立柱螺栓检测与紧固的一种作业工具用于检修维护作业。
The high-speed train noise barrier often suffers from the train induced impulsive pressure,which leads to the nuts loosening at the bottom of the noise barrier column and eventually threats the highspeed train operation safety. Manual detection and bolt tightening are of difficulty due to no reserved access road on the viaduct bridge of high-speed railway line. With the sound barrier column bolt torque detection and fastening device,each bolt's fasten state can be effectively detected and recorded. The loosed bolt can be precisely located and fastened to keep the noise barrier work properly. This device can be used as a maintenance tool for sound barrier column bolt torque detection and fastening.
