县级中医医院中医药服务能力现状分析

Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine services capacity in the country-level hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:调查研究县级中医医院中医药服务能力现状,进一步推进中医药服务能力建设。方法:主要通过问卷调查及调研访谈等方式收集资料、分析数据。结果:县级中医医院中医药服务能力不断增强,但存在中医药人才匮乏、投入不足等问题。结论:要结合中医药服务现状,进一步完善落实中医药投入政策,加强人才队伍建设,充分发挥中医药特色与优势,不断探索中医药综合服务模式。

Objective： To learn the current situation of Chinese medicine service in country-level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and to enhance the capacity of Chinese medicine service. Methods： Data were collected by questionnaire and interview. Results： The capability of Chinese medicine service has been steadily enhanced, but there are some problems such as lack of traditional Chinese medicine talent and insufficiency of finance investment. Conclusion： It is necessary to implement the policy of investment, strengthening the training of doctors, improving the distinctive features of traditional Chinese medicine, improving Chinese medicine integrated service model.
