摘要
目的:探讨以典型病例为基础的三步教学法在预选卫生士官临床培训中的应用及效果。方法:采取整群抽样方法,选取2014年度在我院临床见习的预选卫生士官93名,开展临床典型病例的理论授课、临床护理问诊与病历采集、病例学习讨论三步教学法,培训结束进行学习效果自我评价和教学评价的问卷调查。结果:预选卫生士官培训效果自我评价得分12.11±4.41,培训效果好的占52.7%,教学评价得分5.71±1.60,教学评价好的占86%。结论:三步教学法适用于预选士官临床见习培训,有利于提高预选卫生士官评判性思维能力。
Objectives: To discuss the impact of 3 steps training method in clinical education of candidate health officer. Methods: Based on cluster sampling, 93 candidate health officers who took part in the clinical probation in hospital during 2014 were selected. They were all received three steps teaching method comprising theory teaching of typical clinical cases, clinical nursing diagnosis, medical record acquisition and case discussion. Till end of the training, questionnaire investigation about learning effect and teaching evaluation were made. Results: The scores of training effect self evaluation and teaching evaluation were 12.11±4.41 and 5.71±1.60 respectively. The favorable rate of training effect self evaluation and teaching evaluation were 52.7%and 86% respectively. Conclusion: The 3 steps method fits for clinical practice training and benefits for improving critical thinking of candidate health officers.
