中国塑料阻燃剂应用现状和发展趋势

Present application status and development trend of plastic flame retardants in China

介绍了中国卤系阻燃剂、磷系阻燃剂和无机阻燃剂的应用及生产现状。同时,介绍了欧盟REACH法规对卤系阻燃剂的限制,指出中国阻燃剂的发展方向。当今世界对环保要求越来越高,环境友好型阻燃剂越来越受到重视,无卤、低烟、无毒、高效新型阻燃剂是当今阻燃剂的发展方向。鉴于中国的磷矿、镁矿资源丰富,中国应依托资源优势,加大对无机、环境友好型阻燃剂的研究开发。

The present status of production and application of plastic flame retardants in China,including halogenated flame retardants,phosphorus flame retardants,and inorganic flame retardants,were introduced.Meanwhile,China＇s development direction of flame retardants was pointed out according to EU REACH regulations limiting on halogen flame retardants.As the environmental requirement is higher and higher in the world today,environmental-friendly flame retardant has been paid more and more attention,and halogen-free,low-smoke,non-toxic,and high-efficient new flame retardants are the development directions of the flame retardants now. In view of the rich resources of phosphate and magnesium ores in China, China should increase the investment on the research and development of inorganic and environmental-friendly flame retardants relying on the resource advantage.
