生活饮用水用聚氯化铝技术指标和分析方法研究

Technical specification and test method for polyaluminum chloride of drinking water

从2012年7月1日起中国自来水水质要求达到强制性国家标准GB 5749—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》。2006年版生活饮用水卫生标准与1985年旧版相比其指标种类由35项提高到106项,与欧盟水质标准基本持平。聚氯化铝是目前饮用水常用的化学处理剂之一,作为与水相关的化学品,为了强化其技术标准对产业的支撑作用,提升其标准水平,以保障人身健康安全,参考日本工业标准JIS K 1475—1996《给水用聚氯化铝》、JIS K 1475 AMD1—2006《给水用聚氯化铝》(修改件1)、美国给水工程协会标准ANSI/AWWA B 408—2010《液体聚氯化铝》,并根据中国目前聚氯化铝产品的原料来源、生产工艺状况以及对饮用水的要求等,对在中国境内生产的饮用水用聚氯化铝的技术指标进行推荐并确定了相应的分析方法。

Since July 1,2012, Chinese tap water quality was asked to reach the requirements of the mandatory national standard,Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water,GB 5749--2006.Compared with the old version in 1985,the indicator species were increased from 35 to 106,and basically the same as the European standard of water quality.Polyaluminum chloride is one of common chemical treatment agent for drinking water.In order to support and strengthen the role of technical standards for industry, upgrade the standard level and to protect the people health and safety, technical indicators of the polyaluminum chloride used for drinking water in China were recommended and the corresponding analysis methods were determined by referring to the standards, such as Japanese industrial standards ： ＇ Poly Aluminium Chloride for Water Work, JIS K 1475--1996＇ and ＇Polyaluminum Chloride for Water Work（Amendment 1）,JIS K 1475 AMD 1--2006＇, and American Water Work Association standard： ＇Liquid Polyaluminum Chloride, ANSI/AWWA B 408--2010＇ , and according to the current sources of raw materials, process conditions, and drinking water requirements etc. in China.
