摘要
分别以自制氧化铝、工业氧化铝、二氧化硅、硅藻土为载体,采用沉淀法制备了负载型镍基油脂加氢催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、BET法测定比表面积等分析方法对催化剂进行了表征,并将其应用于棕榈油加氢反应中,以优选出最佳载体。结果表明,在反应压力为2.0 MPa、反应温度为170-200℃、催化剂用量占反应物质量的0.1%、反应时间为90 min条件下,4种镍基催化剂棕榈油加氢反应活性从高到低的顺序为镍/自制氧化铝、镍/工业氧化铝、镍/二氧化硅、镍/硅藻土,其中镍/自制氧化铝催化剂棕榈油加氢反应活性最高,能够使反应物碘值由0.56 g/g降低到0.0086 g/g。
Nickel-based catalysts for hydrogenation of unsaturated oil were prepared by precipitation method with self-made alumina,industrial alumina, silicon dioxide, and diatomaceous earth as the carriers, respectively.In order to select the best carrier ,the catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption (BET), and applied in the palm oil hydrogenation reaction.Under the reaction conditions, such as reaction pressure of 2.0 MPa, reaction temperature of 170-200 ℃, mass ratio of catalyst to reactants of 0.1%, and reaction time of 90 min, the activities of 4 Ni-based catalysts followed the order of Ni/homemade-Al2O3, Ni/industry-Al2O3, Ni/SiO2, and Ni/diatomite for palm oil hydrogenation reaction from high to low.Ni/homemade-Al2O3 can make the reactant iodine value reduced by 0.56 g/g to 0.0086 g/g.
