摘要
目的了解简阳市居民健康素养现状及影响因素,为健康教育工作提供科学的依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,抽取500居民进行问卷调查。结果调查对象的健康素养具备率为15.6%,健康理念和基本知识方面素养具备率为45.2%,健康生活方式与行为方面素养具备率为12.2%,健康技能方面素养具备率为17.0%;科学健康观素养3.0%,传染病预防素养27.4%,慢性病预防素养29.6%,安全与急救素养61.2%,基本医疗素养5.6%。多因素Logistic回归模型显示,影响健康素养水平的因素有年龄和文化程度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),健康素养水平随着年龄的增加而降低,随着文化程度的增加而升高。结论简阳市居民健康素养具备率不高,特别是健康生活方式与行为的素养具备率、科学健康观和基本医疗素养具备率较低。
Objective To investigate the health literacy status and associated factors among residents in Jianyang city, and to provide a scientific basis for health education. Methods Altogether 500 residents were recruited by multi - stage random cluster sampling and were surveyed with uniform questionnaire. Results The proportion of residents with literacy on health, health concept and basic knowledge, healthy lifestyle and behavioral liter- acy, health skills, scientific health concept, prevention of infectious disease, chronic disease prevention and control, security and first - aid and basic medical care was respectively 15.6% , 45.2% , 12. 2% , 17% , 3% , 27.4% , 29.6% , 61.2% and 5.6%. Multi - factor Logistic regression indicated that the health litera- cy was associated with age and educational level (P 〈0. 01 ). Health literacy levels decreased with age and in- creased with education level. Conclusion The health literacy among residents in Jianyang is not optimistic, es-pecially in terms of healthy lifestyle and behavior, scientific health concept and medical care.
