转速对电动车热泵空调系统性能影响的仿真分析 被引量:6

摘要 对电动车空调系统在制热模式下的高效节能运行策略进行了研究。基于电动车热泵空调系统的特点,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真工具先建立了电动车变频热泵空调系统各部件子模型,再通过各子模型之间的耦合关系得到了整个空调系统的稳态仿真模型。根据仿真结果可知,空调系统制热性能随转速的变化趋势受系统运行工况的影响。根据环境工况实时调节压缩机转速、蒸发风机转速和冷凝风机转速,可使空调工作在最佳状态,为实现空调系统的节能运行和智能化控制提供了方法和依据。 The high efficiency and energy saving operation strategy of air conditioning (AC) system is discussed. Based on the characteristics of AC system for electric vehicle, the sub-models of components are established with Matlab/Simulink tools, and then the steady simulation model of AC system is presented considering of the coupling relationships between the sub- models. According to the simulation results, the variation trends of heating performance with the speeds are influenced by working conditions. The AC can work on the optimal state as long as the compressor speed and fans speeds ave adjusted instantly by the working conditions. It provides method and basis to realize the energy saving and intelligent Control of AC.
