摘要 依据已有尺寸数据建立了三辊减径机架三维模型,分析机架受力情况,根据张力减径理论分配确定机组各项工艺参数并计算各机架轧制力,得到减径机组所受轧制力范围,利用有限元软件对三辊减径机架进行有限元分析,得到机架在最大轧制力作用下的应力应变分布规律。根据分析结果对机架结构进行改进,在ANSYS中检验对比改进结果,机架所受等效应力与自身重量明显降低,同时机架变形量增加很小,改善了机架性能,降低了生产成本,表明对机架结构的改进设计是合理与有效的。 Based on the size of data establishes a three-roll reducing rack dimensional model , analyzes the forces of rack, and according to the theory of tension reduces distribution to determine various process parameters and calculates the rolling force of each frame, getting the roUing farce for reducing unit suffered, carrying out finite element analysis of three-roU reducing rack using the finite element software, to get the stress and strain distribution of the rack in the maximum rolling force. Based on the analysis results improves the frame structure, inspects and contrasts the improved results in ansys, and rack suffered equivalent stress and its own weight are significantly reduced, while a small increase is in deformation of the rack, improving the rack performance, reducing production costs, and indicating that the improved design of the frame structure is reasonable and effective.
