摘要
针对太阳能污泥干化处理一体机行走机构中的轮轨接触优化设计问题进行了分析研究,构建了行走机构轮轨的三维模型,并将其导入ALGOR专业分析软件,构建了接触应力分析模型,同时,针对实际工况中行走车轮相对于钢轨发生横向偏移量的情况,进行了轮轨接触应力、接触面形状、接触面大小与横向偏移量之间关系的计算与研究。计算结果表明轮轨的接触应力满足强度设计要求,应力大小与偏移量有关,同时也指出采用合理的横向偏移量可以优化轮轨接触应力。
In order to optimize the design of multifunctional marhine for sludge drying's trm,eling mechanism, the wheel-rail contact stress is analyzed. TILe three-dimensionol model of wheel-rail is constructed and imported into AI.GOR softiwace, aml contact stress analysis model is constructed edso. Because of latered offset of th.e wheels relative to the rail occurs in actued work situmion, the relationships of wheel-redl contact stress with lateral offset,the shape ,rod size of the contact surfoce are calculated. The results show that the wheel-rail contact stress meets the design requirements. and the wheel-rail contact stress can be optimized by using reasonable lettered offset.
