摘要
阐述了CJK系列数控机床伺服进给系统综合失动量产生的必然性和原因及对加工精度的影响;利用齿轮传动法隙计算的虚拟变位原理和无侧隙啮合方程,研究出了一对齿轮传动的单侧齿侧间隙的计算方法和公式;通过对机械传动链传动关系的分析,得出了闭环传动系统间隙对系统的稳定性和精度的影响程度及传动系统间隙计算方法;基于借助材料线弹性理论的分析法,指出了丝杠压缩引致工作台失动量的作用程度和计算公式,总结得出了在传动系统综合齿侧间隙和工作台系统线弹性压缩变形引起工作台综合失动量的计算步骤。并以实例分析演示了CJK系列数控机床伺服进给系统综合失动量计算步骤的实际应用方法,供设计、维护和维修工程技术人员使用和参考。
It expounds the necessity and reason of CJK series CNC machine tool servo system comprehensive loss of momentum and the influence on machining accuracy. It calculates the normal gear backlash of the virtual variation principle and the non backlash meshing equatiora Researches on the calculation method and formula of unilateral gear side clearance of gear transmission; through the analysis of the mechanical transmission chain relationship, calculates method of the gap degree and driving system and gap closed loop transmission system on stability and accuracy of the system. By means of analysis method for linear elasticity theory based on materials, points out the role and calculation formula of screw compression caused by the loss of momentum in the workbench, summarizes the work table calculation steps caused by the comprehensive loss of momentum in the gap tooth transmission side and the worktable system linear elastic compression deformation. The example analysis demonstrates the practical application method of CJK series CNC machine tool servo system comprehensive loss of momentum calculation steps for maintenance and repair, design, engineering and technical personnel use and reference.
