摘要 现代飞机产品交付周期短、产品质量要求高,利用传统模拟量传递测量检测方式早已不能满足现代飞机制造过程,数字化测量设备以其快速、高准确性的特点广泛应用于航空制造业。通过基于关键特性的数字化飞机检测技术研究,利用高精度激光测量设备,基于MBD技术建立产品测量飞机坐标系,分析产品测量关键特性,实时检测产品各个关键部位,及时分析制造偏差,为快速制定超差位置解决方案提供理论依据。结合某型飞机产品检测过程,对在实际检测过程中发现的问题进行详细分析,提出在飞机产品交付检测中所应用的关键技术,对实现飞机产品快速准确交付具有重大意义。 Modern aircraft products hare short delivery cycle, high quality requirements, using the way of the traditional analog transmission measurement inspection already cannot satisfy the modern aircraft manufacturing process, digital measurement equipment for its rapid and high accuracy characteristics are widely used in aviation manufacturing industry. Reserch on digital aircraft inspection technology based on key characteristics, using high precision laser measuring equipment, creating coordinate system which is based on MBD technology, analysing product measurement key characteristics ,doing real- time inspection for each key parts, analysing manufacturing deviation timely to provide a theoretical basis for making a saloutian of out-of-tolerance position rapidly. According to a aircraft inspection process ,analysing the problemz detailly which is found in the actual dectection process, put forward to the key technology in aircraft delivery inspection, it has great significance for rapid, accurate delivery aicrafi.
